If you going to succeed you must eat dinner before 7pm (19h00) in a small plate, just once! After that if you are staying longer awake cheat your hunger with 1-2 apples, 5 almonds or 3 walnuts. |

Imagine that your brain is hard disc of your body, and your mind (thought, your eating habits) is software operating in your brain. You just need to upgrade your hard disc with new software, with new eating habits. |
body & mindAfter 5-7 days of such 'brain training', or changing a software thought control over your brain hard disc you will see that a thought in our brain has ability to quick adapt to the new regime. And even if you cheat leter, your updated software in your hard disc called brain tells you to stop at the right time onward. Of course still we have to optimise periferial desires and update all old softwares running on our brain disc. But we already did it with breakfast and lunch meals. And to ensure that our new software is smooth and running on our system not causing crash again, we need regularly update to stay put and in control. |
VEAL ROLL ON TAGLIATELLENOTE: Dinner Recipes on this site are not mandatory as it is lunch and breakfast meals, so you are free to make your own according to your taste. Only restriction is to eat your meal from small plate!![]() 80 gr Spinach 1 thin Veal Escalope 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon of mustard 2 garlic cloves, 35 gr mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon of whole wheat flour, 60 gr tagliatelle 60 gr red cabbage |
preparation1. Boil fresh or frozen Spinach for 5 minutes. Squeeze out the water, and leave to cool.2. Carefully wash Veal escalope , cover with little olive oil, and beat with hammer. 3.Cover escalope with half of teaspoon of mustard. 4. Chop Garlic finely. 5. Cut Mozzarella into cubes. 6. Chop Spinach and spread over the veal chops, 7. Add cheese and garlic, salt and pepper. 8. Roll meat, fix with chop-sticks, and roll it back into the flour. 9. Heat the oil, fry roll for 2 minutes even on the both sides. 10. Add 1 dl warm water bring it to boil and cook meat on low heat for further 20 minutes turning the sites occasionally. 11. Cook taglatielle in the salted water. 12. Serve the roll with taglatielle and red cabbage. Decorate with fresh parsley. |
