		<description>I find promoting a&quot;healthy wayto lose 10lbs in 7 days while breastfeeding&quot; incredibly alarming and worrisome. Losing weight that quickly is never healthy and while breastfeeding anything more that about 1.5 pounds a week releases dangerous snouts of toxins stored in your fat in you bloodstream to your baby and potentially harming you as well. I understand the appeal but I am breastfeeding my 13 month old and by focusing on getting lots of healthyfoods in for me and my baby and goin for walks a couple days a week most weeks the weigh has come off at a healthier pace. Mind you, I have struggled with weight my whole life and now weigh more than 20 lbs less than my overweight prepregnqncy weight and in the best shape since high school n probably my life. Healthy eating changes by slowly adding more veggies n fruits n nutritious foods in make long term health for life instead o quick pounds dropping off dangerously which are bound to come back anyway. 
I don&#039;t mean to come off strongly it this really caught my attention n worried me on a health site.</description>
