Your Pure Diet is based on reduced calorie intake - up to 1200 calories per day.
However, there is a quantity of barred food that includes unhealthy sugars, fats & proteins. We use moderate principle of low glycemic index (GI). Food with Intermediate and High GI found in croissant, coca-cola, raisin bran, white bread, corn flakes, doughnut, white rice is excluded from our diet.
